T.O.S. - Terms Of Service
Please be sure to read these rules carefully. I am not responsible for you being unaware of anything mentioned here. Feel free to contact me if you have any unanswered questions.
General Rules
- Do not resell or edit in any way besides cropping it (e.g. for making Icons). I'm very much up for making little edits for you for free!
- Do not claim it was made by you e.g. when you re-upload it.
- Do not remove my signature.
- I accept both visual and written references; however written ones will usually result in a higher price. But I will offer plenty of communication to get it right as to hopefully make it worth it.
- I have the right to refuse your Commission entirely or something about it. I usually try to face challenges nonetheless.
- I have my Do's and Don't's. A list can be found in the according tab, but always feel free to ask if you're unsure!
- I will not remove couple-art because you've broken up. I totally understand the wish to cut ties, but please keep your personal emotions to your own gallery. For me, commissions are a way to show what I'm able to do and serve as subjective examples in the future.
Turnaround time
- I try to get my Commissions done as quickly as possible, often in the order I took them in.
- If a big delay is, or may be coming, I will let you know through a journal or when replying to you asking for/about a Commission.
- If you have a deadline, let me know beforehand, and I will let you know if it's possible or not. So far I've been able to hold all.
- Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or are curious about your Commissions' progress! I genuinely do not mind and am always happy to give an update. Please be reasonable about the intervals of contact though, give me time to work.
pricing
- I price my art based on what feels reasonable and rewarding to me, meaning I will occasionally update my prices.
- I am willing to discuss pricing on experimental art. Otherwise I will not argue with you about the price of a Commission. If you're unhappy with my prices you're welcome to go elsewhere.
payment
- Exclusively through PayPal, unless you have a German bank account and prefer a regular transaction.
- USD and Euro preferred.
- I take payments via invoice, so please include your Paypal address when sending me necessary information for your Commission.
- When paying, please include your billing address. My Commissions are my official income and need to be taxed, which means I need a proper invoice/receipt for each.
- I can send you said receipt if you're interested in having it, otherwise it won't even be mentioned as it's for my personal use.
Refunds
- I generally ask for payment shortly before I start working on your Commission. Please be absolutely sure you want it at that point.
- If I have already started, I can offer a partial refund.
- If I'm already finished I cannot offer a refund.
- If you're outstandingly unhappy with a result or it turned out to be very wrong in whatever way, I'd be glad to offer another drawing to make up for it instead of a refund. I usually attempt to fix mistakes on the original drawing if possible.
Regarding giving Credit
You must give credit when you post my art online. A small mention at the bottom is enough. If you re-use art (e.g. let's say you use it in a non-commercial banner) crediting once, and upon being asked only, is fine!
Frequently asked questions
What tablet do you use?
An XP-Pen Artist 16 screen tablet, which I purchased in early 2017.
Before that, I had been using an Aiptek 14000 U for seven years.

What program(S) do you use?
For the most part Paint Tool SAI. Occasionally I use Photoshop CS2 for edits SAI can't do.
I'm currently looking into switching to a different program, possibly SAI 2 or Clip Studio Paint.

How long have you been drawing?
I've always enjoyed it as a hobby. At the age of 11, I consciously decided to focus more on drawing. By age 14 I had purchased my first tablet, prior to that I often drew using my mouse.
Have you had any drawing classes?
I majored in art in my last two years of school, but the content of that class was nothing like what I do, which led to me sort of regretting it.
That aside, I haven't taken any classes or courses or the like.
